DESIGN
The restaurant layout was designed to maximize seating capacity while preserving the warmth and intimacy of a family gathering.
This is why the main area of the restaurant welcomes guests with an open space where bread is freshly baked, soups are simmering, and homemade cow’s cheese is being made. The rest of the restaurant is divided into several rooms, each of which can be transformed into a private dining area when needed.
