The concept was to craft a light, elegant interior — a space that restores energy after a full day, yet remains welcoming for long evenings with friends, filled with laughter and conversation.
This residence is nestled in a serene recreational area, far removed from the restless rhythm of the city. Here, just a short stroll through quiet paths leads you to the forest, while mornings unfold slowly on the terrace with coffee in hand and endless views over golden wheat fields. DESIGN
The architecture underwent a significant transformation. On the ground floor, the goal was to create a generous open-plan layout where family life naturally converges. The only visual division between the living and dining zones is a striking fireplace structure, suspended from the ceiling to evoke a sense of levitation. A custom-designed sofa stretches luxuriously to accommodate up to ten guests, while the 3.6-meter dining table anchors the space with strong geometric presence.
The kitchen becomes the true heart of the home. Designed as a composition of three interconnected zones, it balances individuality with cohesion. The centerpiece is a monumental green marble island — both functional and magnetic, drawing everyone around it. It integrates a sink, cooktop, and a discreetly embedded ventilation hood. The second kitchen area houses a wide side-by-side refrigerator, premium appliances, a worktop in natural stone, and a hidden doorway that leads into the third zone: a concealed pantry. This “back kitchen” offers additional storage and a dedicated workspace for culinary preparation.
Practicality is woven seamlessly into the plan: the ground floor also features three technical rooms, a wardrobe, and a guest bathroom, ensuring the home’s daily comfort.
One of the most striking architectural gestures is the sculptural cantilever staircase that rises to the upper level. Its main load-bearing core was integrated into the wall during early construction, while a delicate metal railing completes the structure, achieving both strength and grace.
The second floor hosts four bedrooms, a wardrobe, and two bathrooms. Each space is bathed in natural light, creating an impression of lightness and openness. To enhance this effect, skylights were carved into the concrete slab — one illuminating the wardrobe, the other placed in the master bathroom. The latter was designed to reflect sunlight softly across the face, turning everyday rituals into poetic moments.
The master bathroom also features a bespoke washbasin, sculpted from the same green marble as the kitchen island. Suspended above the floor by an invisible metal frame, it conveys a sense of weightlessness while cleverly incorporating storage.
Technically, the house is as sophisticated as it is refined. It integrates a ventilation system, ceiling cooling, underfloor and wall heating, a central vacuum system, solar panels, and smart home technology.

With its restrained geometry and timeless materials, the interior is designed to endure gracefully. Finishes were chosen not only for their tactile beauty but also for the way they evolve — becoming richer, nobler, and more deeply connected to nature over time.
